We are no longer participating in the Medicaid or Medicare program
All co-pays will be due at time of visit. We have adjusted our prices to accommodate those with Medicaid:
$80 per visit charge for any medicaid patient 12 years of age or older;
$80 per visit charge for medicare clients;
All medicaid patients that want a home visit will be charged the normal fee of $120 per visit with an additional charge of $80 for any person being treated 12yrs of age or older. Children under 12 are treated for free;
All medicare patients that want a home visit will be charged the normal fee of $120 per visit with an additional charge of $80 for any additional patient.
